Our store supports 7 days' return and replacement without reason. According to the rule of 7 days' return and replacement without reason, our store will bear the round-trip freight for quality problems.Please bear the round-trip freight for non-quality problems. (note: color difference, customer subjective factors do not like are not quality problems oh!)

Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if the goods are of poor quality, the store can provide free replacement. If the buyer requests to return the goods due to subjective reasons, such as not liking them or wanting them back, the buyer shall bear the round-trip freight (and make sure that it does not affect the secondary sales of the goods).
No refund or replacement service is provided under the following circumstances:

A. customized products

B. Goods exceeding the time limit for return and replacement

C,If the goods are deformed by express delivery or logistics, damaged by improper operation or dismantled and repaired by the buyer, the buyer shall replace the parts by himself. If the buyer must return the goods, the round-trip express fee shall be borne by the buyer.

D. those who do not fill in the return and exchange application and do not return the goods together (including gifts)

E. the outer packing is seriously damaged, the warranty card and the bills provided by the store and other goods that cannot be returned in full amount

F. goods that affect secondary sales (goods returned by the buyer for subjective reasons without quality problems)

G. The gifts attached with the commodities are not entitled to return or exchange services
