Note:

1. If you need to remove the cutter head, please consult the customer service when it is not disassembled. If the cutter head is broken artificially, it is not returnable.

2. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please communicate with the customer service in advance. If you do not communicate and return the goods by yourself, you will not process the return or exchange application.

Return and take

  Quality problem within 7 days: return and exchange will be carried out in accordance with the customer's requirements, and the round-trip freight will be borne by our store.

   Non-quality problem within 7 days: please ask the after-sales service for the return address if you accept the return or replacement request. The return freight shall be borne by the customer, and the goods, accessories, packaging and gifts shall be guaranteed to be intact and unused without affecting the secondary sales of the store(the machine is not cleaned up after use, less accessories, damaged color box, etc., all refuse to return or replace)。 

          Note: we do not accept payment. Please attach a note indicating the reason, wangwang number, order number, recipient information (address, telephone number) for all the returned and replaced goods mailed to us, so that we can follow up the service.
