The store supports the return and exchange of goods without reason for 7 days. According to the rule of return and exchange of goods without reason for 7 days, the store shall bear the round-trip freight for quality problems.Please bear the round-trip freight for non-quality problems. (note: color difference, customer's subjective factors do not like are not quality problems!)

Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if there is quality problem, the store can provide free replacement. If the buyer demands to return the goods for subjective reasons, such as dislike or want, the buyer shall bear the round-trip freight (and make sure that it does not affect the second sale of the goods).
No exchange or return service is provided under the following circumstances:

A. custom-made goods

B. goods that exceed the time limit for return and exchange

C,If the products are damaged or disassembled and repaired by the buyer due to the deformation of express delivery or logistics, or the improper operation of the buyer, the buyer shall replace the parts by itself. If the buyer must send them back, the round-trip express fee shall be borne by the buyer.

D. The application for return or exchange is not filled and the goods are not sent back together (including gifts)

E. the outer packing is seriously damaged. The warranty card and the note provided by our store cannot be returned

F. Goods that affect secondary sales (goods that are returned by the buyer due to no quality problems previously)

G. The gifts attached with the commodities do not enjoy the return and exchange service

Our store refuses to accept any goods returned at destination
