Please contact our sales personnel before placing an order to determine the actual transaction price based on the style and the printing content of the pen. Due to the custom nature of the product, once an order is placed, there will be no refund without reason.

  After your payment is successful, please provide the documents to be printed, and our professional design team will free layout and design according to the printing content you provide. We will send you the 1:1 effect diagram for your confirmation. After confirming that there are no mistakes, we will start production. Because advertising pens are custom-made for different customers, once they are printed, they cannot be resold, so please carefully proofread the printed draft before finalizing the design, and confirm only after there are no changes needed. Once production begins, it is impossible to change the printing content, and we do not accept any return or exchange requests due to this.

Due to custom products, once the order is placed, there will be no refund without a reason.  

 Sample policy: Samples can be ordered with freight collect. Orders can be used as payment.

 Sample production time: generally 3-5 days, with a sample fee of 200 yuan (including plate-making fee). For printing of export quality, if the quantity is large, the fee can be applied to the payment once the order is confirmed.

 【Delivery Time】Customized products usually take 8-15 days for printing, with the exact time depending on the quantity. If your need is urgent, we can make adjustments to expedite production and ship it to you as soon as possible. For multi-color printing, please contact us to determine the printing cost.

 【Packing Method】50 pieces per white box, 1000 pieces per case, or 100 pieces in a PP bag, 2000 pieces per case, or can be packed as required.

 【Transportation and Shipping Costs】Due to the different distances across the country, shipping costs to various locations vary, and they are not included in the product prices. For small quantities of goods in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, you can choose to send by courier, which is roughly the same price as logistics and is very convenient for home delivery. For bulk quantities or to other regions, general logistics is used, which will be much cheaper in shipping costs. Logistics shipping is paid upon receipt, and the customer pays the shipping costs when picking up the goods. The actual cost is subject to the pricing of the logistics company. We will choose a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping costs. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days depending on the distance.

 Logistics or courier companies are third-party carriers, and there may be cases of missing or damaged goods during transportation. Please inspect the goods when receiving them (check if the packaging is damaged and the quantity is correct) before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged or the quantity is short, please refuse to sign!
