1. Regarding inventory: The inventory system cannot be connected with the network sales system. Before placing an order, please confirm with the customer service personnel the style, color, and whether there are any stock available. The customer service will assist you in completing the order transaction. Please forgive any inconvenience caused to you! Due to the large daily shipment volume at the factory, the system inventory is updated every morning. However, we guarantee stock for the regular colors!

2 goods shipping 

1. Our company defaults to using STO Express and SF Express.
The goods will be shipped within 48 hours after successful payment, unless you have special requirements, please contact the sales staff.
3. Express delivery usually takes 1-5 days, and by S.F. Express it takes 1-2 days. Due to the fact that we cannot monitor the speed of express delivery, we cannot make any commitment regarding the arrival time. Please understand!
4. Please ensure that the goods are intact and the quantity is correct upon receipt. If you find any shortage or damage, please refuse to accept the goods and contact us in time. 

Color difference issue: Our products are photographed from actual items. Due to the reasons such as shooting angle, lighting, and monitor settings, color differences may occur. If you are strict about color differences, we suggest you first cut a sample (the freight cost will be borne by you) or purchase our color card (explain what color card), and then make a decision to purchase. We hope you will understand!

4 Express Receipt: If you are satisfied with the product after receiving it, please give us a positive review and full marks. Return and exchange: If you return or exchange the goods due to personal reasons (e.g., you don't like them after receiving them, you selected the wrong color or size), the shipping fee will be at your expense, and a 20% handling fee will be charged for the entire purchase amount.
