After-sales service:

 (1) Quality problems: Air mold products are guaranteed free of charge for three years, and other accessories are not guaranteed. The warranty shall be delivered by express designated by our company. Within one month, our company shall bear the delivery freight for the return to the buyer, and all the freight thereafter shall be borne by the customer.

(2) Non-quality problems: the air mold is guaranteed free of charge, but all freight shall be borne by the customer.

(3) Return and replacement: The replacement within one month shall meet the following requirements:

   1, the purchase of products will not affect the secondary sales

    2. 20% of cash purchase gas mold products at discount and make up the difference (Alipay transfer or bank transfer)

    3. Return the purchased gas mold products to our company by designated express

    4. Round-trip freight shall be borne by the buyer.

(4) What is the quality problem?
