  2. Ordering Process: Once you have designed or selected the product you wish to customize, you can contact our customer service staff to inform us of the specific specifications, style, fabric color, imprint LOGO method, quantity, and packaging requirements, or provide us with the corresponding product images. We will calculate an accurate quote for you as soon as possible.
3. Contract Signing: After both parties have communicated clearly, we will issue a purchase contract for you to review. After you confirm the contract and sign it, you can fax it to our company, and we can then place the order for production. We will also complete the task within the delivery period you specify.
  4. Sample Ordering Instructions: After you confirm the sample and sign the contract, we can provide you with one free sample. Each order only waives the sample cost for this order. If the same product needs to be sampled multiple times, the sample cost will still be charged. For advertising boards that must be manufactured for the sample, if there are changes required when placing the order, the cost will be calculated based on the cost and is non-refundable. The sample time is three to five days.
  5. Payment Method: A 30% deposit is collected upon contract signing, and the balance is paid after completion and inspection to ensure quality, followed by shipment.
 6. Freight instructions: All goods are shipped by courier or logistics (within Guangzhou, goods are picked up or delivered to your door). After shipping, we will inform you of the shipping date and quantity, the freight company and the tracking number, as well as the inquiry phone number.
