Provide details such as specifications, style, fabric color, logo printing method, quantity, and packaging requirements, or submit relevant product images. We will calculate an accurate quote for you as soon as possible.
3. Contract signing: After clear communication between both parties, we will prepare a purchase contract for your review. Once you confirm it is correct, sign it and fax it to our company. Then we can place the order for production and complete the task within the delivery period you specified.
4. Sample preparation instructions: Once you have finalized the sample and signed the contract, we can provide you with one free sample. This discount applies only to this single order; if the same product requires multiple samples, the sample fees will be charged as usual. For advertising boards that must be produced during the sampling process, if a change is requested at the time of ordering, the fee will be calculated based on cost and not refunded. The sample preparation time is three to five days.
5. Payment method: A 30% deposit is collected at the time of contract signing, and the remaining amount is paid after inspection confirms completion and shipment.
6. Shipping instructions: All items will be shipped via express delivery or logistics services (for items within Guangzhou, pick-up is available in person or delivery to your door). After shipment, we will inform you of the shipping date, quantity, shipping company, tracking number, and inquiry phone number.
