Answer: Orders paid before 4 PM on weekdays (except Sunday, when there is no delivery) will be shipped the same day. (Sunday is a day off, and orders are delayed until Monday for shipping.)

Express delivery outside the city is charged at 10 yuan (1kg), except for Liaoning, Gansu, Ningxia, Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Shanxi, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, etc. [For each extra 1kg, add 8 yuan or based on actual situation].
Overseas items: HK$20 (1kg), [overweight charge per 1kg: HK$4]. Taiwan: NT$30 (1kg), [overweight charge per 1kg: NT$18].
If you live in an area where courier services are unavailable, you can choose EMS or S.F. Express (the shipping fee will be calculated based on your location and the weight of the item).
 
Before Shooting, Read This
1. When the buyer pays for the goods they have won, Baobao generally ships them on the same day or the next day, with a maximum of no more than three working days, and the shipping date is postponed in the event of public holidays.
2. Please choose the color you want when you make the order, and we will ship the product in the color you selected at that time.
 If there are any changes, please clearly inform the customer service, such as: 'I took a picture of color xx, now changed to color xx, and received a positive reply from customer service - because the message may not be received due to the problem of Wang Wang, please make sure to receive a positive reply. Please do not notify us of the changes using product comments, internal letters, or comments after taking pictures.
3. If you purchase the same product with the same ID but want to send it to different addresses, please actively inform our customer service. If you do not make it clear, we will send it to a single address.
4. If you have ordered multiple products but have not fully paid for them, and have not clearly informed the customer service that you do not want them, due to the reasons of the order system, we cannot reserve the goods for the products you have not fully paid for. Only after fully paying can we reserve the goods for all products. At the same time, please do not cancel your order. Cancellation of orders will cause all orders to be unable to be timely transmitted to the warehouse, which will result in the inability to reserve the goods for you in a timely manner.
5. After payment is made, except for pre-sale situations, 'stocked goods will not be shipped' cannot exceed 7 days. If the goods are kept for more than 7 days, our store will send them directly. If you add more goods after they are sent, it will be counted as a new purchase for shipping fees and discounts.
6. Due to customer reasons, after splitting the shipment, subsequent shipments will be calculated based on the new purchase and the postage and discount will be applied.
The arrival time depends on the logistics company, so we cannot accurately commit to it. For buyers who cannot understand the delay in arrival time, please think carefully before purchasing.
Warm Tip:
When the buyer receives the goods, regardless of whether the packaging is damaged, please inspect the items in person to ensure they are intact and complete. If there are any problems, please do not sign for the delivery and immediately contact us. Because if the items are damaged by the courier company, we may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.
During the transportation process, if the goods are damaged, we can seek compensation from the courier company. Therefore, please be sure to cooperate! All goods will be sent to the address provided by you. If you have someone to receive the parcel, please inform us in advance.
The person (such as your family, gatekeeper, colleagues, relatives, classmates, friends, etc.) to sign for the parcel is considered as your receipt! If there are any problems after signing, please forgive us for not being able to assume responsibility! A signed receipt after inspection is an acknowledgment, and we will not accept any such problems after receiving!
 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items with no quality issues. If there are quality issues with the goods, the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller, provided that the original packaging and all related accessories are intact. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges will be allowed. For any other issues, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
