EVA Hot Melt Adhesive features
1. It has fast curing, low pollution and strong adhesion, and the adhesive layer has certain flexibility, hardness and toughness;
2. It is usually solid at room temperature. When heated to a certain extent, it will melt into liquid. Once it is cooled below the melting point, it will quickly become solid (that is, it will solidify);
3. The glue solution is applied to the adhesive to cool and solidify the adhesive layer, and it can be heated and melted again to become the adhesive body and then bonded with the adhesive, which has certain re-stickiness;
4. When using, as long as the Hot Melt Adhesive is heated and melted into the required liquid, and applied to the object to be glued, the bonding and curing can be completed within a few seconds after pressing, the degree of hardening, cooling and drying can be reached within a few minutes.
 

Pay attention to the storage security of hot-melt adhesive strip:
1. Ventilated, dry and cool place
2. Equipment cleaning method: clean the equipment with mineral oil or paraffin wax at 120℃ and rinse with hot melt adhesive mixture. The glue temperature shall not exceed 150℃. Seal to prevent moisture.
3. Melt shape should prevent touching the skin, so as not to burn together

you can use a lighter to burn and melt without glue gun!
