About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Essentially, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day. (Excluding weekends.) 04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.

After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are dissatisfied or feel that it is not as good as they imagined, these subjective reasons are not acceptable for returns or exchanges.
