1. Goods damaged for human reasons (such as unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, etc.), goods with incomplete packaging, we will not return the products that have been processed twice.
2. As the factory may change the product packaging according to the production situation, the outer packaging is different from the pictures on the website or the goods you purchased before, which is not a quality problem. We do not accept the return for this reason.

3. About return and exchange: Please contact our sales customer service for confirmation before exchange and return. Our company will reject the return without the permission of the customer service. The sales customer service will receive the return and exchange items only if they meet the return and exchange standards. After receiving the return request, the warehouse will search according to the express delivery order. If it is not specified, it will be rejected. Please check the return quantity carefully and fill in the return documents carefully.

4. If the buyer does not accept the quality of our products, the buyer must negotiate with our sales customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the response takes more than 7 days after receiving the goods, we will have the right not to receive the return and exchange and complaints! Thank you!

5. For products with quality problems, you must take photos and send them to the customer service immediately after receiving the goods. After checking the truth, you can consult the customer service to discuss how to deal with them. You cannot apply for a refund by yourself without negotiation.

6. Customers need to unpack and check whether the outer packing box is damaged or not when receiving the goods. If there are quality problems such as damage caused by transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate stamped with fresh seal and provide this certificate to us, we will assist customers in making claims.
7. For reasons of dissatisfaction and dissimilarity, if there is no quality problem, the return will not be accepted.
