Usage Method:

Commonly Encountered Problems:

1. The host cannot be connected.

Answer: You must insert a SIM card into the phone before turning it on to enable mobile signal, so all you need to do is turn the device off and then turn it back on again. Additionally, your SIM card is not in service area, so there is no signal.

2. TF memory card unable to store?

Answer: First, check if there is any problem with the TF memory card. If the TF card is fine, you can try formatting it and then try again.

Can't charge 3?

Answer: To charge, you must insert a GSM card. If there is no GSM card, charging is not possible.

Special Warning: Please charge the alarm locator promptly when the battery power is low (below 5%).
