All products in this factory are wholesale products, supplied to distributors and wholesalers. Retail sales to the public require the payment of corresponding packaging fees.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with this factory are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: either use Alipay escrow trading or online banking payment.

All the products sent out by our factory are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. Although we have made the best preventive measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes, etc.

All products in our factory have a basic amount of stock, but due to the fact that some of our products are hot-selling items, we adopt a 020 sales model with a large number of orders, so there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early delivery as much as possible. The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Return Policy: We do not offer a 15-day no-reason return policy.
