How to use:

I. Lifting

1. Turn the jack handle clockwise and close oil return valve tightly;

2. Place the Jack under the correct lifting position of the vehicle. If necessary, adjust the Jack and rotate the screw counterclockwise until it touches the vehicle;

3. Insert the jack handle into the handle sleeve pipe and operate the handle up and down until the vehicle rises to the ideal height.

II. Decline

1. Remove the handle and loosen the oil return valve with the handle. Please slowly turn the handle counterclockwise and loosen the oil return valve. Do not loosen the oil return valve for more than two turns;

2. After the vehicle is completely put down, move the jack. If the adjusting screw is in the extended state, turn it clockwise until it is completely out of the vehicle.
Note:

1. Before using, be sure to read all the instructions in detail;

2. Do not exceed the load of the Jack;

3. The Jack can only be used on a hard horizontal plane;

4. Before entering the vehicle to work, be sure to use additional security support (for example, Jack security support with certain load capacity) to support the vehicle;

5. Users should not disassemble the Jack without authorization to avoid jack failure or danger;

6. The lifting height of the jack shall not exceed the limit hole;

7. The jack shall not bear the load without care for a long time; 8. The decline speed of the Jack must be slow, and it is strictly forbidden to make it fall suddenly under the condition of load thrown on;

9. The Jack should be stored in a dry and dust-free place, not in the outdoor sun and rain, and not suitable for use in the workplace with acid and alkali and corrosive gases;

10. Users should check and maintain regularly according to their usage.
Maintenance method:

Oiling/lubricating oil

1. Place the Jack in the vertical state;

2. Lower the pump position and piston until it is in a completely relaxed state;

3. Remove the rubber oil plug on the Jack;

4. Pay attention to injecting high-quality hydraulic oil and removing air;

5. Install rubber oil plug;

6. Regularly lubricate the transmission connection and adjust the screw.
