• 1. Regarding the quotation
  All the above quotes are for reference only. If you need custom modifications, please contact our online customer service. Our manufacturer will determine the final price based on quantity, material, specifications, LOGO, and production process.
  2. Regarding customization
  Design prototyping requirements: The fee for taking samples ranges from 100 to 600 yuan, depending on the situation (except for special cases). The details can be negotiated between both parties. If additional LOGO additions or colored printing is required during prototyping, corresponding mold or printing costs will also apply. A refund of the prototyping and mold fees may be provided if the quantity for mass production reaches a certain level.
  3. Regarding Colors
  The above product images are for reference only. The actual materials may have slight variations, typically between 3-5%. If precise color matching is required, Pantone color codes can be provided.
  4. Regarding Orders
  Formal order: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, material, unit price, production requirements, and delivery timeline, and sign a business contract for equal cooperation;
  5. Regarding Payment
  Payment method: For online orders, payment is made directly online with the full amount due; for offline contracts, a 30% deposit is paid via bank transfer before signing, and the remaining balance is paid in one lump sum before delivery.
  6. Regarding delivery
  The sample production cycle is typically 5–7 days (except for complex processes), while the bulk production cycle ranges from 7 to 12 days, depending on the product, process, quantity, and other factors. Our company produces according to the contract specifications in terms of quality and quantity. The shipping method is arranged as per the client’s requirements. We provide free shipping services and can arrange express or logistics services. However, any shipping costs must be borne by the client, except for orders where shipping fees are included.
  7. Regarding after-sales service
  If there are no quality issues with the customized order, return requests are not accepted; for products with one-year warranty, if any quality issues occur during the warranty period due to our responsibility, the product can be returned or exchanged.
