How are suggestions for after-sales handling handled for those who are concerned?
Quality-related issues: Generally refer to obvious damage to the clothing, stains that cannot be removed, uneven lengths of the sleeves or cuffs, asymmetry of the clothing or pants (not due to design), missing accessories, fabric pilling, thread coming off, dyeing, etc. If it is not one of the above situations, it does not fall under the category of product quality.
If there are any mistakes in the goods or quality issues, the seller will bear the return shipping fee, but the agent needs to advance pay for it first. Once the clothes are received and verified to be a quality issue with the clothes, the shipping fee will be paid to the buyer. (The return shipping fee is based on the actual shipping fee collected). If there is no quality issue, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
