Battery installation  

1. Slide the back cover of the battery case from the back of the tester to open it.

2. Install two 1.5v alkaline batteries as shown

3. Cover the back cover of the battery.

Use of alcohol tester

preheating

1. Press the power button, the display of the alcohol tester will turn on, and the tester will beep.

2. The display of the alcohol tester shows \"warm up\" and the countdown time from 10 to 0. The alcohol tester is in the pre-heating state.

Warm prompt

When the alcohol tester is used for the first time or not used for a long time, the performance of the tester may be affected by the adsorption of a large number of gas impurities on the surface of the alcohol sensor. Thus affecting the normal work of alcohol tester. Clean up the alcohol sensor first, then press the power button as many times as possible to preheat the tester.

Testing:

1. When the preheat is over, the tester displays \"Blow\" and a countdown from 10 to 0. The tester enters test mode.

2. Close up the blow hole and blow for 3-5 seconds.  

3. Read the test results from the alcohol tester monitor. 

4. Caution the number on the right side indicates that the body alcohol concentration is in the following range, indicating that the person is drinking and driving with Caution:

 0.02% BAC(or 0.2g/l) to 0.05% BAC(or 0.5g/l).

 0.05% BAC(or 0.5g/l) to 0.08% BAC(or 0.8g/l)

5. The number to the right of Danger indicates the body alcohol concentration in the following range with a beeping alarm. Explanation: the tested person is drunk and dangerous to drive.

 Over & amp; BAC equal 0.05% (or 0.5 g/l).

 Over & amp; BAC equal 0.08% (or 0.8 g/l)

 Automatic shutdown 

1. Test results are displayed about 15 seconds after the LCD display \"OFF\" about 2-3 seconds, alcohol tester automatically shut down

3. If the measured person does not aim at the breathalyzer vent blow,LCD display  \"0.00\" will be displayed.  

Pay attention to  

In order to obtain more accurate measurement results, the manufacturer suggests that you check twice or three times.    

Low power indication  

If there is an \"L\" symbol flashing on the LCD screen, it means the battery is low, the alcohol tester will automatically shut down, please replace the battery.

Replace the battery

 When the alcohol tester fails to start up automatically or preheat normally, replace it with two no.7 batteries.

   It is recommended to drink alcohol for 20 minutes before using an alcohol tester. It takes about 20 minutes for the body to absorb alcohol from the digestive organs into the bloodstream. In addition, residual alcohol in the mouth also takes about 20 minutes to dissipate.

     In order to make the measurement more accurate, please do not conduct the second test within 3 minutes.

Do not smoke or eat for 20 minutes before the test.

Do not use chemicals such as benzene, thinners, or gasoline to directly test the breathalyzer.

Do not expose any irritant to alcohol test equipment, such as pain meters, pesticides, alcoholic beverages, etc.

-- do not place the breathalyzer in an airtight space with polluted air.

-- modifying or replacing components of internal units may cause functional failure of the tester
