1. Are the goods available on the shelf? What should I do if there are no goods?

All our products are sold on a spot basis, and the products displayed on the page are all in stock. Please rest assured to purchase. Due to the large variety of products and daily sales volume, there may be cases where individual products are not removed in time, leading to stockouts. Please understand, and we will contact you by phone or Alipay message and handle the situation.

All products of our company are subject to multiple inspections before being placed in the warehouse and shipped. Due to factors such as long-distance transportation, some products may lose their functions or have poor contact with the lines, which is within the scope of exemption. Please research and solve the problem yourself or consult the after-sales customer service and technical support. If the product cannot be repaired by yourself, you can send it back to our company for free maintenance together with the products with quality problems. For products with actual quality problems, please feed back to our after-sales within 7 days after receiving the goods (time of receipt is the standard). We will register the problems you raise, and when the quantity of quality problems reaches a certain number, we will send it back with logistics and you will bear the freight. Please attach a list and shipping information to the returned quality problem products, and require that the products have not been used, complete accessories, and complete packaging. Otherwise, we will not exchange or return! We will send them together with your next order. Problems such as damage, depreciation, and human reasons caused by transportation do not belong to the quality problem scope.

3. About Shipping

 1. Small quantities of samples are generally shipped via courier or mail. For larger quantities of goods, to save the buyer from paying additional shipping costs, we choose to ship via logistics.

In the case of stock availability, the goods are generally shipped within 48 hours after inspection and commissioning. If there is no stock, the shipping time will be determined by the actual production speed. We will strive to ship the goods to the buyer as quickly as possible.

The company will arrange transportation for the buyer, and the freight will be paid by the buyer when they pick up the goods at the logistics company.

Speed and attitude

Due to the fact that courier and logistics services are provided by third parties, we have no control over the speed of delivery. The transportation process is affected by numerous factors such as weather, traffic, government actions, force majeure, and transfer reasons, which can all lead to severe delays in the arrival of goods. We cannot guarantee that the service attitude of courier or logistics staff will meet your satisfaction. If you have not yet prepared for these psychological aspects, please do not make a purchase.

Some customers have not even waited two days after placing an order (some even ask for a reminder every day) to inquire about the delivery. We would like to reiterate that we cannot guarantee the arrival time of the goods, regardless of the delivery method. Please do not constantly ask us for updates, as we have no control over the speed of the courier or freight services. If the delivery has not arrived within 7 days for courier services to major cities and 10 days for freight services (15 days for freight services with a transfer), you can contact us for assistance with tracking. Buyers who cannot accept this should not purchase.

Currently, most courier delivery personnel in China only deliver to the door of the apartment, the guard, the security, the school or the reception of the company, etc. These are all assumed to be signed by the person himself, so please inform us in advance to check and sign in correctly before purchasing.
