Transport Mode:

1. Small quantity of samples, goods are generally shipped by courier or mail.

For shipments of more than one box, all transportation will be done by road freight, directly to the buyer's specified city. It will take 1-3 days to reach the direct cities, and 3-5 days to reach the transit cities.

3. The company will arrange transportation for the buyer, with freight charges collected upon delivery.

3. If you have specified the logistics, please note the logistics company's pick-up address and phone number in Yiwu when placing the order. If there is no specified logistics, we will arrange it for you.Logistics, but cannot guarantee that the pickup point is very close.

The logistics freight is not collected by us, and the buyer can pay the freight directly to the logistics company when picking up the goods.

4. After payment, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours.

5. Due to the large volume of daily shipments, we will make every effort to notify you by phone if there are any stockouts. Since the profit margin on these products is low, for any stockouts, we will apply for a refund based on the missing products listed in the shipping list after receipt. No replacements will be provided.

6. When mixing batches, there may be missing shipments. If you find that the quantity of goods received is less than the ordered quantity, please contact us immediately. The validity period is within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After the deadline, we will not provide processing. Please confirm.

7. If there are no quality problems with the products received, they cannot be returned. We will bear the return freight costs for products with quality issues. For all exchange orders, the customer is responsible for the freight costs.

8. Regarding express delivery, if there is no special note, we will send the default express by our store. If the default express cannot be delivered, please contact the customer to send other express. If you choose other express, you need to pay the difference.
