   Postage Instructions

★Regarding shipping★

The courier services we use are Shun Tong or Yunda. The postage rates are also based on the courier’s charging standards. If you specify a particular courier company, the prepaid postage will be charged according to that company’s logistics standards. Postage payments are made in accordance with the principle of "refund for overpayment and compensation for underpayment"; please note this.

★Regarding Freight Delivery★

Due to the large quantity and heavy weight of the goods, shipping via express delivery is very expensive. We can choose to have them shipped by train, usually through Anning Logistics, or use regular personal shipping, which is slightly cheaper than brand logistics but requires pickup in person.

★Regarding Shipping★

Some items in this store may be out of stock. If the item you ordered is unavailable, we apologize for that! Please contact customer service after receiving the item to request a refund.

★Regarding Transportation★

Under normal circumstances, items from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui will arrive within 1–2 days after shipment, while those from other regions will reach in about 3–5 days. Delays may occur due to bad weather or legal holidays. Additionally, the quality of staff at each branch of the delivery company varies; there may be cases where staff behave poorly or packages are damaged, which are factors beyond our control. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to assist you in communicating with the courier company. We do not accept any negative reviews or ratings due to courier-related reasons.
