Production process

1. Open molds, make corresponding effect drawings according to requirements, adopt computer engraving, and open corresponding molds.

2. Color matching: according to the design requirements, namely mixing PVC powder, vegetable oil, PVC oil, stabilizer and color paste to achieve the required color and hardness.

3. To make the goods, inject the raw materials with a needle at the corresponding position of the mold according to the drawings, and then solidify the liquid materials at a high temperature (180-200 c) in layers on the mold testing table. Generally, the baking times shall be determined according to the product conditions, and cool the mold on a wet towel for each baking. Until the sample is finally taken out.

4. Quality inspection side: each product shall be free from bubbles, trachoma and color mixture, clean as a whole, and trimmed with fine burrs before meeting the standards.
