Wholesale After-Sales Rules

1. Replacement procedure for damaged or malfunctioning products
If there are no reports of damage or malfunctions within 7 days after delivery is signed for, the products are assumed to be in good condition.

For issues related to Order No. 2 within 2 months, we need to accumulate more than 10 cases. Please contact customer service to request a replacement. The return shipping costs will be covered by us (the seller).
For orders that have not accumulated 10 items, the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer; orders older than 2 months will not be eligible for returns.
To ensure customers receive products with a greater price advantage, the items are low-value and low-margin. When there is a limited quantity of watches, the shipping cost may exceed the value of the product itself. We hope you understand.

2. Replacement processing for non-faulty meters
If the product issue is not related to quality (including minor defects), a replacement will be provided. The replacement item can be of the same model but a different color or another style, at the following discount rate:
Order value is calculated at 10% discount within one month; the shipping cost for a replacement item is borne by the buyer.
Order will be calculated at 20% discount based on the value, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer within 2 months;
Order value is calculated at 30% of the original amount within 3 months; the shipping cost for a replacement item shall be borne by the buyer.
Orders over 3 months old will not be subject to after-sales service.
No return or exchange will be processed if the number of replacements exceeds 500, or if the number of replacements accounts for 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or if the after-sales payment method is a clearance item.

Regarding mixed reviews
The orders for goods are quite scattered—one or two items per order, with many styles and low quantities. Due to the fragmented nature of the styles ordered, inventory preparation takes a lot of time. Therefore, if any color is out of stock, the quantity of that style will be increased or another color of the same style will be shipped as a substitute. The total order quantity will then be fulfilled by shipping these alternatives. Please be aware of this.

Regarding shipping

Due to the large daily shipment volume, wholesale customers only conduct a visual inspection before shipping. It is inevitable that defective items may be left behind. Please handle the exchange in accordance with points 1 and 2 above.
