Step 1: Customization Process
The client provides the design files (in AI or PDF format), and we confirm the files are OK. Once the client pays the proofing fee, we arrange for the proofing and send out the samples. Once the client confirms the samples are OK, we sign the mass production contract. The client pays a 30% deposit, and we arrange for the mass production. Once the mass production is OK (either by taking photos or sending the client a sample for confirmation or by the client personally inspecting the goods), the client pays the balance. We then arrange for the shipment or delivery to the designated location.

We produce according to the customer's specifications, dimensions, materials, design, quantity, and color.
