 Design Sketch: The customer provides their own design sketch or we can design for you.

 Material: kraft paper, white card paper, black card paper, etc. (thickness can be customized).

 Process: Offset printing, gold stamping, lamination, embossing, UV coating, etc.

                   Transportation: Express or logistics (self-collection with logistics to be paid).

 Please verify the paper type and dimensions by yourself to avoid any unnecessary troubles.

1. We conduct transactions based on the principle of integrity, providing pre-sale, after-sales, professional design, and patient answers for our friends until you are satisfied. If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility without shirking; if the customer makes a mistake, we try to reduce the loss, focus on quality, and maintain credibility. We communicate with each other when there are problems, believing that there are no unsolvable problems. Please do not give random negative or middle ratings, thank you!

2. Pre-sale instructions: After determining the LOGO design, both parties will confirm the final price. If the customer pays a 30% deposit directly through their bank, the full amount is required for Alipay escrow transactions. We will then begin to arrange the order. Once the goods are ready, on the day of shipping, the customer will settle the remaining balance, and we will arrange for the shipment.

3. Customization Instructions: The LOGO and text of the bag are provided by the customer. After our company formats and produces the design, it will be sent back to the customer for confirmation. Once the customer confirms there are no errors, the order can be produced. During the production process, the customer cannot change the printed content or any other processes for any reason. If the customer insists on changing, the factory has the right to terminate the production. The order amount is non-refundable.

4. Printing Instructions: If there is no physical sample of the handbag printing, the output will be 1:1 based on the design draft. Color differences are inevitable. If the customer is very strict about printing colors, please send a color sample by express. However, I can only guarantee color matching to more than 90%. Nothing can be 100% perfect. If the customer insists on an exact match, please look elsewhere! Thank you!

5. Sample Description: To maintain market order, our products are sold in bulk. If you need a sample, you must pay for the sample fee and shipping costs. For more details, please contact our customer service.

6. Lead Time: The general production time is about 10-12 days. If there is an increase in orders, the shipping time may be delayed. Please carefully consider before placing an order. For custom-made and logo-printed handbags, we do not accept any form of return as a reason (missed the exhibition, missed the meeting, missed the opening…), as custom products cannot be returned.

7. Logistics - Freight Instructions: This product does not include shipping fees. The cost of freight to pay upon arrival and to pay in advance is generally the same (recommended to pay upon arrival), and the cost and time of freight are negotiable based on the location. The freight cost is subject to the actual charging price of the logistics and freight company. You need to pick up the goods yourself. There is no freight tracking, and the freight cost is relatively favorable. If you need a logistics company with freight tracking, please contact the customer service for details.

8. Color Difference Explanation: All product photos are taken from our actual products. Due to the impact of shooting light and the differences between computer monitors, there may be slight color differences. Therefore, please understand the situation. For customers who are very concerned about color differences, please consider purchasing carefully.
