All products are carefully inspected before shipment. It is recommended that buyers inspect the items in person when picking them up. When signing for the goods, buyers must ensure that there are no damages before accepting them. If the damage occurs due to someone other than the signer, the seller will not be responsible for any damage after signing.
If the buyer discovers damage upon receipt, they may choose to refuse acceptance and provide proof of the damage. The seller will communicate with the courier or freight station to resolve the issue and protect the buyer's rights.

There are many capacities available for ready-made identical shapes: 250ML, 270ML, 350ML, 400ML, 450ML, 560ML, etc., which can be customized according to customer requirements.

3. Regarding Colors

You can select your favorite color on the Pantone color card. (A slight color difference is normal.)

4. Regarding customization

The order starts at 10,000 units, and each design must have no fewer than 5,000 items. The client's design source files in AI or PDF format must be provided before placing the order. There are various ways to present the 3D effects.

5. Regarding sample production

Complete it within 7 days after confirming the design draft.

After the sample is confirmed, it will be completed within 2 weeks for amounts up to 50,000. For amounts up to 100,000, completion is expected within 25 days, except in special circumstances.
