Receiving Standards;
Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics freight company personnel when signing for the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. After-sales service;
1. The store promises to exchange any product with no intentional damage within 15 days, and the freight costs for the exchange will be borne by the buyer.
2. Exchange policy refers to the free replacement of goods with the same attributes (except size and color) as the required replacement goods, equivalent to the total price of the replacement goods (excluding shipping costs). Alternatively, the seller agrees to replace with other equivalent new products. Note: If the price of the replacement goods cannot match the total price of the required replacement goods, the seller and the buyer will negotiate a solution.
3.
