Maintenance of enamelled porcelain:
1. Before use: 1. For newly purchased enamel or porcelain pots or pans, do not soak them in water for a long time. Generally, washing and soaking for 1–2 minutes is sufficient. After cleaning, promptly dry the edges to prevent rusting.
2. When first using a newly purchased enamel pot or kettle, do not use high heat or rapid heating, nor rapid cooling with cold water, so as to extend the service life of the product.
II. During use: 1. Add water or liquid first before heating; do not let the soup dry out while in use!
2. When using an enamel/porcelain pot, try to avoid using metal spatulas or spoons.
3. Enamelware is fragile and should not be dropped heavily to prevent breaking.
4. Under normal use, enamel porcelain is not prone to darkening. If it does darken, simply clean it with a scrubber and dish soap.
5. Enamel porcelain can be used on gas stoves, induction stoves, and natural gas stoves; it cannot be used in microwave ovens.
III. Keep it dry and clean after use. Regularly clean the handle and the rim of the pot to prevent stubborn stains.
Advantages of enamelled porcelain:
1. Clean and hygienic, without metal components.
2. It is easier to clean than kitchen utensils made of other materials; it becomes clean with just a wipe, and does not rust or turn black.
3. Relative to stainless steel pots or pans. Enamel/porcelain has relatively stable chemical properties, and certain compounds (such as harmful elements like manganese and chromium) do not dissolve during high temperatures, thereby preventing human ingestion.
4. Possesses a high level of cultural taste and artistic appreciation value.
