When is it accurate?
     Some women think they can use an early pregnancy test after a day or two of their menstrual cycle. In fact, the best time to test is 9 ~ 14 days after the menstrual cycle, when the HCG value increases significantly.

How to use it?
     Use disposable clean containers to collect fresh urine samples at any time, morning urine is preferred.


◆ operation steps
       Before the test, the instructions must be read completely, and the reagent and urine samples should be restored to room temperature (20℃-30℃).
       1. Remove the reagent strip from the bag of original packaging aluminum foil and use it as soon as possible within 1 hour.
       2. Insert the reagent strip into the urine sample in the direction of arrow. Note: the urine level should not exceed the marker line of the reagent strip
       3. Take it out and lay it flat on a clean and flat surface after at least 5 seconds; You can also leave it in the cup until you read the results.
       4. Wait for the appearance of red bands and observe the results within 5-15 minutes. The results were invalid after 15 minutes.

       5. Note: the urine should be placed in a container before the test paper is put in, and the depth of the test paper inserted into the urine should not exceed the mark line.

       Positive: a red reaction line appears in the detection area and the control area. Congratulations, successful upgrade, BB:
       Negative: only one red line in the control area indicates no pregnancy.

       Weak positive: a red line appears in the detection area (below) and the control area (above), but the color of the line below is lighter, that says The concentration of chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) glycoprotein in urine is not high enough. I suggest a new test a week later. If the color of the second line is dark, it means the concentration is high. Congratulations! You are pregnant! If measure come, still be the same as now, very shallow, so may be sufferred from disease of department of gynaecology, had better go to a hospital to check.
       Invalid: there is no red band in the quality control area (C), indicating that the improper operation process or the reagent strip has deteriorated and damaged.
       Note: the color band of the reagent bar quality control line and the test line may appear dark or light due to the amount of hCG in urine, and the results are judged to be in accordance with the above standards.
【Matters needing attention】
         1. No color bands appear on the control line and the detection line, indicating that the detection error should be retried; When the HCG concentration is very high, the detection line is obvious, and the control line may become weak, which is a normal result.

         2, the conditions of the laboratory should be used for simultaneous determination of reference substances;
         3. If the possibility of pregnancy is still suspected and the urine test is negative, the morning urine can be collected after 48-72 hours for redetermination;
         4. Patients with uterine tumor, hydatidiform mole or menopause may have positive results due to high HCG content in urine.
