About Product Returns and Exchanges】

 If there are any quality issues with the products, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Although we have manual checks for each shipment (checking the order, packaging, and quality control), it is impossible to check 100% of the products. Some styles may have inherent quality issues, which is unavoidable. Therefore, if there are any quality issues, please contact us first to explain the situation. If there are accumulated issues with repeated orders, we will send the goods for replacement in one batch. We guarantee: We will provide exchange services for any problem products within 45 days after receiving the goods. So you need not worry that we will not replace them if it's been a long time, as long as it does not exceed 45 days. (Please do not worry if you receive a product with a small issue, as the resulting shipping costs are a great waste and also waste of both parties' time and energy).
