There are 200 styles in stock, and each style has 2000-3000 pairs of inventory.
We are a manufacturer and welcome custom orders with samples or designs. We can add your logo.
1. Choose to purchase the baby
Our store uses ZTO Express for shipping. If this express delivery is not available, please choose EMS. The return shipping and forwarding costs for the item you purchased are the responsibility of the buyer. After you confirm your purchase information and complete the payment, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. Generally, the goods will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours, except for custom-made items. In case of any special circumstances, I will notify you by phone as soon as possible.
2 Goods Receipt
Please open the express or parcel before signing for it to check if there is any damage, shortage, or incorrect items. The risk of damage, shortage, or incorrect items is borne by the seller before the goods are delivered (buyer's signature). After delivery (buyer's signature), the buyer assumes the risk, and the seller is not responsible for these risks. If you sign first and then open the packaging to check, you should ask the courier to supervise and open the packaging on the spot. If you find any inconsistencies, you should contact the seller in time and note the details on the receipt and have the courier sign to confirm.
3 exchange or return goods
Since the date of receipt, if there is any non-man-made quality problem within 7 days, the return shipping fee will be borne by us. After 7 days of receipt, the return shipping fee will be paid by each party's own shipping fee. After one month of receipt, the return fee will be paid by the customer themselves, and we are responsible for the repair cost. When returning the goods, please carefully preserve the product accessories, packaging, and documents, and ensure the integrity of the product. If the label is torn, the accessories are incomplete, we will not be able to handle the return procedure for you. When returning the goods, you must write down your detailed contact information, Taobao ID, and the reason for the return. We refuse all forms of cash on delivery (COD) courier services. If we receive COD courier services, we will not accept the goods, and the goods will be returned to you. If we need to bear part of the store, the customer will advance, and after we receive the goods and inspect them, if they meet the return and exchange policies, this part of the fee will be returned to the customer.
4 Confirm Evaluation
We succeed by relying on customer satisfaction. Therefore, your feedback is very important to us. If you are satisfied with our products, please leave us positive reviews, and we will be very grateful! If you have any dissatisfaction, please contact us before leaving a comment, and we will try our best to help you solve it! Buyers should confirm positive reviews within 2 days after receiving the goods without any quality problems. If you give a neutral or negative review without communication, we will consider it as a malicious review and initiate a complaint! And cancel all after-sales services.
5: Warranty for Goods
During the exchange period, please keep the goods in good condition, avoid scratching, do not remove the protection film on the goods, and also please protect the accessories clean and intact. Otherwise, if we find that the goods and accessories have scratches or are incomplete during the exchange, we will not be able to replace them. When returning the product for exchange, please use a note to write down the reason for the exchange, the order code, and the return address. Otherwise, we will not be able to serve you.
