 NdFeB magnet: NdFeB is a magnet with high commercial performance currently found, which is called magneto. It has extremely high magnetic properties and its large magnetic energy product (BHmax) is more than 10 times higher than Ferrite (Ferrite). Therefore, it is also commonly known as: strong magnetic, magnetic steel, etc. Its own mechanical processing performance is also quite good. The working temperature can reach 200 degrees Celsius. And its texture is hard, its performance is stable, and it has good cost performance, so it is widely used. But because of its strong chemical activity, its surface layer must be treated.

  NdFeB permanent magnet material is a permanent magnet material based on intermetallic compound Nd2Fe14B. Compared with casting Al-Ni-Co series permanent magnet materials, Ferrite Permanent Magnet Materials and Ferrite Permanent Magnet Materials, NdFeB has extremely high magnetic energy product and coercive force, and can absorb 640 times of its own weight. The advantage of high energy density makes NdFeB permanent magnet materials widely used in modern industry and electronic technology, thus making instruments, electroacoustic motors, magnetic separation magnetization and other equipment small, lightweight, thin becomes possible. Material characteristics NdFeB has the advantages of high performance-price ratio, good mechanical characteristics and easy cutting and processing. The disadvantage lies in low Curie temperature point, poor temperature characteristics and easy pulverization and corrosion, only by adjusting its chemical composition and adopting surface treatment methods can it be improved to meet the requirements of practical application. Manufacturing process NdFeB is manufactured by powder metallurgy, which will contain a certain proportion of raw materials such as neodymium, dysprosium, iron, cobalt, niobium, praseodymium, aluminum, copper, boron and iron are smelted into medium frequency induction melting furnace by alloy steel ingot, then broken into 3 ~ 5cm powder, and pressed and formed in magnetic field. The formed green body is sintered in vacuum sintering furnace and tempered for aging, in this way, a permanent magnet blank with certain magnetic properties is obtained. After grinding, drilling, slicing and other processing procedures, the finished NdFeB product required by users is obtained after surface treatment.

Notes on the use of magnets: 

1. Temperature

    customers should choose their own magnet brand according to their working temperature when choosing NdFeB magnet. If the working temperature is higher than the magnet brand bearing temperature, the magnet will gradually demagnetize until it is non-magnetic. Please be sure to confirm the working temperature and the brand suitable for your own use before ordering.

2. Environment

    if the magnet device is used in a sealed state, you can consider choosing a magnet with no plating or white zinc plating on the surface, which can save costs. If the magnet is exposed to humid air, especially in the salt fog state, it is recommended to consider the magnet with nickel plating on the surface. Magnets should be stored in a dry and constant temperature environment, separated and wrapped with plastic, wood piece, cardboard, foam, etc. Keep away from iron and easily magnetized items, such as monitors, bank cards, computers, televisions, mobile phones, etc.

3. User objects

    with regard to environmental protection, for relatively developed countries, users in North America, Europe and other places should pay special attention to environmental protection matters, and export use must pass the six EU standards of SGS. For users in China or some underdeveloped countries, environmental protection requirements are not considered. 

4, handling and stacking  

    strong NdFeB magnet the material is hard, brittle, and the magnetic field is strong. It should be gently taken and placed (especially large specifications and thin sheets). When the strong magnet itself or is attracted or separated from other iron devices, it should be carefully operated without impact. Otherwise, it is easy to cause collision and damage the magnet or hurt the finger. Because NdFeB is a multi-metal alloy material with a density of 7.45, it has the characteristics of heavy and brittle. Therefore, be careful when handling and holding to avoid magnetic fragmentation. The storage environment should also be kept dry. Do not pile it directly on the ground. It is better to pad it with thick cardboard or place it on the shelf. 

5, access instructions  

    when the magnets can't be drawn and separated from each other, it is recommended to push them horizontally and stagger them, and do not pry them hard. Use the left hand to fix the whole magnet, and use the index finger to cooperate with the thumb on the right hand to move the magnet horizontally. After moving out, do not throw the moved magnet back to the magnet pile immediately, please isolate the magnet immediately. Take it lightly, and wrap the taken-out paper in a place far away from the iron or the magnetic thing (about 16cm) or paper, so that it is safer. If you need to put the magnet back into the whole magnet, please put it back slowly and move it in close distance from the edge. The hand must hold the magnet until the magnet has been moved in.
