4. If the available quantity meets the requirement, shipping can be arranged immediately.

5. If you are not familiar with the product, please contact us to receive a sample. After confirming it, you can place the order. If the quality is satisfactory, you may proceed with the order. In case there are differences between the product and the sample, you may request a return or exchange. The quality will be determined based on the sample.
