401 glue features

  Colorless transparent, medium viscosity, high strength, flammable viscous liquid, a single component, no solvent, slightly stimulating taste, volatile, volatile gas with weak tear.

Usage and precautions

Method of use

  1, first clean then the surface, remove the dust, grease, rust, etc., then on the metal, it is best to first ground coarse, to PE, PP or PTEE plastic, should first make the surface activation.

  2. Open the front cover, and gently button the tip with your finger to leave no residual liquid, and then cut holes with scissors.

  3, in the surface to be followed by a small drop of adhesive, immediately followed, and keep until hardening, then the area should not be too large, then the thickness of the layer should not exceed 0.2mm.

  4. Wipe the container after use and cover it. Store it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.

Matters needing attention

  1. The vapor of the adhesive will irritate the mucous membrane and eyes.

  2. Avoid contact with skin and contact with eyes. In case of accident, wash immediately with plenty of water and send to hospital.

  3. When touching hands, wash with soap, water, washing liquid and pumice.

 4. Store below 25℃ and avoid direct sunlight
