Buyer's notes

 1. Required reading for buyers: when signing for the goods, we must unpack the goods and check, immediately reject the goods if there is any problem, and contact the shipper's phone number on the express waybill. All local customers who sign for the goods shall be deemed to sign for them.

2. Delivery: the default delivery is zto express. Buyers with designated logistics or express can leave a message to us. Goods taken by customers who need to send express delivery can be delivered on the same day before 5 PM every day, while goods taken by customers who need to send logistics can be delivered on the same day before 6 PM every day.

3. About the color: if the customer has the color requirement before submitting the order, the mixed delivery of the message in the bottom box (that is, the color of the product number is noted in the buyer's message) shall be regarded as random delivery and not within the scope of after-sales treatment. 

4. Address: please check whether the receiving address is your own receiving place before submitting the goods. Once the goods are sent out, it is difficult to recover them.

5. About the packaging: there are always some discordant factors in the distribution, especially the products of blister packaging (such as bobbin dolls, etc.). The customers who have strict requirements on the packaging suggest to take the goods by the whole carton.

6. About return of goods: the buyer shall communicate with the seller about the reason, address and freight charge details of the return of goods before deciding to return the goods. If the goods are returned without authorization without discussion, the buyer shall not sign for them.
