Sample shipment: 1-3 free sample bags are provided for all customers, sent via express delivery. The shipping fee is paid by the customer through this store (door-to-door delivery is generally twice as expensive as in-house payment). If the customer cannot pay via payment link, SF Express door-to-door delivery can be arranged (the price is the same as in-house payment). If even the shipping fee is unaffordable, "Sorry, we do not provide sample bags." Mockup: For customers who have paid the mockup fee of 200 yuan, a 30% deposit, and full payment, a free mockup will be provided once. Under the condition that there are no changes to the printing content (size and content cannot be altered), if the order value reaches 5000 yuan, it can be deducted from the payment. For two additional mockups, we charge 100 yuan per mockup. This fee is not deductible during ordering. We will strictly adhere to the free mockup policy; we will not accept requests for free mockups from customers who have not paid the deposit. Mockups are only available for screen printing products, with no restrictions on size, color, or style. Machine printing, laminating, laser, and transfer methods are not eligible for mockups. By default, mockups are made with 80 grams of new material and sewn stitching. If you require ultrasonic sealing or other weights, please indicate this in advance.
Deposit: Please pay the deposit at our store. Either pay the full amount or prepay 30% of the deposit. Alipay guarantees the transaction upon delivery; for bank transfers, please contact customer service. All requests from the seller without paying the deposit are not accepted (except for approved clients). If the buyer refuses to pay the remaining amount, we have the right not to ship the product and confiscate all the deposit.
Defects: Size issues: The bag sizes are calculated based on the outer diameter, including the sewing edges. Normal errors of 0.5–1 cm are common. For items with strict size requirements, please consult customer service for advice.
Color difference issue: The colors of fabrics from each fabric factory are relatively fixed. Some monitors exhibit a 20% color difference, so customers who cannot accept color differences should consider carefully making the order.
Packaging damage: If you find that the packaging is damaged when receiving the bag, there’s no need to worry. The bag is not easily broken but can get dirty and lose its contents. If it remains clean and undamaged, you may sign for it. If significant wear or loss occurs, please contact us promptly when picking up the goods.
Some vehicle lines may not be straight, have missing stitches, incorrect hand-sewn seams, printed scratches, or color variations—these are normal phenomena and not quality issues. During large-scale production, some negligence is inevitable. Our factory’s QC department will monitor this process to minimize defective products. Customers who cannot accept even the slightest flaw should be cautious.
Manufacturing: Under normal circumstances, the stock bags are shipped within 72 hours, handbags and flat bags within about 7 days, folded bags and bottom-covered bags within about 9 days, laminated bags, laser bags, and transfer-printed bags within about 15 days. For processes or quantities involving multi-color printing, buttoning, or cross-hatching, an additional 1–2 days may be required. During peak production seasons, the delivery time can be extended by 1–3 days. As it is a custom product, the shipping time is determined through mutual agreement.
Packaging: 500 to 800 units per piece via express delivery (woven bag packaging); 500 to 1000 units per piece for logistics (woven bag packaging); if carton packaging is required, the cost is at your own expense (60×50×40 cm, one carton holds 300–600 units).
Shipping fees: For cooperation with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui, Shun Tong is responsible; the first weight is 5 yuan, and the additional weight is 1 yuan per kilogram. For other regions (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), for shipments up to 20 kilograms, SF Express is responsible; the first weight is 18–35 yuan, and the additional weight is 5–20 yuan per kilogram. For amounts exceeding 20 kilograms, logistics services are used (shipping fees are calculated based on volume). Return and exchange: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item, if it is due to quality issues (specification, fabric, printing, design, quantity, or significant manufacturing errors) as confirmed by customer service, a return or exchange can be processed, and the store will cover the return shipping costs; for returns due to subjective reasons, approval from customer service is required (to ensure it does not affect resale), and the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.
