水晶工艺品的制作流程
一、生产工序：开料、压胚、粗抛光、细抛光、打孔、喷砂、粘胶、质检、包装等

二、加工工艺说明：

1、开料：是将整块材料以大锯片高速锯出压胚所需之形状和大小。

2、压胚：以模具制作出成品所需尺寸及形状，再将原料加高温至 900 ℃以上熔化，流入模具，压铸而成。

3、粗抛光：是将模具压出之毛胚，以金刚石盘直接磨出成品之刻线。

4、细抛光：在粗抛光之后，以抛光粉来磨成品至晶莹剔透为止。

5、打孔：是在水晶成品未完成前，根据其所需打孔之尺寸及位置，以钻头加工。

6、喷砂：立体强，较平整，有凹凸感，机器雕刻文字、图形等后进行效果处理。成本低制作快。

7、镭射3D：以计算机辅助激光设备在水晶对象中进行三维图案的成型，艺术效果好，可以任意表达各类图案，达到逼真效果。
