Step 2: Wait for confirmation from our warehouse and factory. If there is stock available, we will ship immediately once the payment is received.

Step 4: If the customer requires a sample, we must provide a pre-production sample and charge a certain percentage of a sample fee. After obtaining the customer’s approval, we will proceed with manufacturing the bulk order.

Step 5: Arrange the project timeline properly. Notify the customer once the goods are ready. If the customer needs to confirm the samples again, we can provide them again.

Step 6: 70% balance can be paid via Alipay or bank transfer.

Step 7: After the goods are dispatched, we will promptly notify the customer, either via SMS with the tracking number or contact details such as the pick-up phone number.
