Step 1 of the purchase instructions: The customer provides samples; you should also provide images to confirm whether they meet requirements and if they can be produced. Step 2: Wait for confirmation from our warehouse and factory. If there is stock available, we will ship immediately once the payment is received.
Step 3: There are no in-stock items, and custom products are required. After confirming the price, the customer must pay a 30% deposit or the full amount to arrange production.
Step 4: If the customer requires a sample, we must provide a pre-production sample and charge a certain percentage of a sample fee. After obtaining the customer’s approval, we will proceed with manufacturing the bulk order.
Step 5: Arrange the project timeline properly. Notify the customer once the goods are ready. If the customer needs to confirm the samples again, we can provide them again.
Step 6: 70% balance can be paid via Alipay or bank transfer.
Step 7: After the goods are dispatched, we will promptly notify the customer, either via SMS with the tracking number or contact details such as the pick-up phone number.

Regarding shipping

New customer, sending samples; the shipping fee must be paid by the customer.

II: Road Transport

--- If the goods you order are heavy, it is recommended to use road transportation. Within Zhejiang Province and surrounding cities, the cost is 10–20 yuan per 30 kg, with delivery usually taking 1–2 days. For other provinces and cities, the cost is around 20 yuan per 30 kg, with delivery typically taking about 5 days. In remote or transit-dependent areas, the cost is around 50 yuan per 30 kg, with delivery usually taking 5–10 days. (The above figures are for reference only.) Since road transportation cannot be tracked or queried, freight companies require 10 days after shipment to accept inquiries.

The goods should be delivered to the logistics company in Yiwu so that they can reach a location close to the customer. If Jij, Huayu Logistics, or Debang Logistics are used, payment is required upon delivery. The logistics company will charge a certain percentage of collection commission (which must be borne by the customer).

The freight rates for car transportation from Yiwu to various locations are hereby announced below for your reference. (The rates may be adjusted accordingly based on market conditions, and shall be subject to the actual rates set by the transportation company.)
