2. Color adjustment, color adjustment is performed based on the pattern requirements, which involves mixing PVC powder, vegetable oil, PVC oil, stabilizers, color paste, to achieve the desired color and hardness.

3. Make the product by injecting the raw material into the corresponding position of the mold according to the pattern, layer by layer, through high temperature (180-200 degrees Celsius) to solidify the liquid material on the molding bench. Generally, it is necessary to decide the baking times according to the product situation, and cool the mold after each baking on a wet towel to reduce the temperature. Until the final sample is removed.

4. Quality inspection of edges, each product must be free of air bubbles, no sand holes, no mixed colors, clean overall, and the trimming of the edges must be detailed to meet the standards.
