Our store offers 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy. According to this policy, if the item is defective, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs; for non-defective items, you are responsible for the round-trip shipping. (Note: color differences and customer subjective preferences are not considered defects!)

Within 7 days after receipt, if there is a quality issue with the product, our store can provide a free replacement. However, if the return is due to subjective reasons such as not liking or no longer wanting the item, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs (and it must not affect the product's secondary sale).
The following situations do not qualify for return or exchange services:

B. Items damaged by humans or repaired by the buyer himself/herself
C: Cases where the return or exchange request is not filled out, and the item is not sent back together (including gift items)
D. The outer packaging is severely damaged, and items such as the warranty card and documents provided by the store have not been sent back as required.
