About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Essentially, orders placed before 4 PM will be sent out on the same day. (Excluding weekends.) In the event of stock shortages, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will be placed in a bubble-wrapped 5-layer corrugated box, and after signing the shipping document, they will be packed with the goods and sent out.

03 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.

About after-sales service: If there are any quality problems within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will give a reply for return and exchange, and we will not accept any claims after the deadline. If there are no quality issues, there will be no return or exchange processing. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the difference between the picture is too large, or if the product does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with it or do not think it is as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product. However, if there are any objective quality problems such as rust, peeling, or lost diamonds, we will give a full refund and exchange.
