Opposite sides of each gridDiameterGenerally, it ranges from 6.5 cm to 14 cm. The thickness of the iron wire used typically varies from 3.5 mm to 6 mm. The material of the iron wire is generally Q235 low-carbon iron wire. The iron wire is processed into Mege net black sheets through rolling and welding. The standard dimensions of the net sheets are 1.5 m × 4 m, 2 m × 4 m, and 2 m × 3 m.
The typical surface treatment is cold (electro) galvanizing. There are also hot galvanizing, immersion plasticization, and spray plasticization. However, overall, 99% of cases involve cold (electro) galvanizing. Meige mesh has the following key points to note.
1.Thread diameter
The smaller the mesh size of Meige Network, the thinner the wire required; the larger the mesh size, the thicker the wire. For example, for a 6.5 cm mesh aperture, the wire diameter must be between 3.5 mm and 4 mm. If it’s even thinner, it breaks during welding; if it’s too thick, it is too heavy for workers to handle.
2. Physical Dimensions
The dimensions of Meige Network generally do not exceed 2 meters in width, and 4 meters in length. When exceeding 2 meters, one issue is that it is difficult for workers to work on it, and the galvanizing process may not be effective. The length can also reach 6 meters, but it will not go beyond 6 meters. Generally, the price increases significantly after exceeding 4 meters.
3. Is the weld point firmly bonded?
The Megnet mesh weld points are generally quite strong, but if the worker is new and lacks proper machine adjustment skills, welds may fail. Once this occurs, it will inevitably cause significant losses for both the customer and the factory.
4.galvanizingProcess
Galvanizing is also a point where Meige nets are prone to problems. Many workers are irresponsible; if the boss is not careful, the workers may quickly reduce the galvanizing time, resulting in insufficient zinc coverage. This will also cause significant losses for both the factory and distributors.
