Shopping Instructions:
1. Regarding damaged or missing goods:

During delivery, count the items in person with the shipping company staff. If any items are missing, refuse to sign the receipt. We will contact the shipping company for compensation and cover the missing quantity for you. For bulk items, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after receipt, and we will assist you in verifying the count. If you do not notify us within 24 hours after receipt, it will be assumed that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to high daily shipments, each item may run out at any time. In case of insufficient inventory leading to missing shipments, we will refund you or ship it together with the next order, but no additional replacement will be provided. Damaged items: If there is an incorrect quantity or damage to the package, ask the courier to sign and confirm, and check if any items are missing. Any further issues will be your responsibility.
II. Regarding the defective rate

Product quality: All products from street markets have a defect rate of approximately 4%, which falls within the exemption range. If it exceeds this limit, we can provide returns or refunds. Please ensure to return at least 2 kilograms or a value of 100 yuan, sent by regular mail or standard shipping; cash on delivery is not accepted. Include a return list with the returned items!
More than 40% of the product images in the store are selfies, which reflect the product accurately. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color of the products and packaging, as well as the packaging method, so please refer to the actual items!!

III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange: For normal returns and exchanges, please contact us within seven days and ensure that the returned items will not affect secondary sales. If returning via mail affects secondary sales, we will reject the package, take photos, return it to the sender, charge you the shipping cost without any discount within 7 days, and for shipments after 7 days, you need to negotiate. If we agree to the return or exchange, the item will be returned at 70% of its original price. Please be aware of this.
Other: What we offer is not high-end products, crafts, artworks, or electrical appliances—just ordinary small items. Perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please switch to a more elegant approach.
The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The shipping time we provide to you is for reference only and does not form part of the contract, nor can it be used as a reason for return.
