1. About the damage and lack of goods:

When receiving the goods, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff. If there are any missing items, please refuse to sign. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and compensate for the missing parts. For large commodities, please inform us of your missing quantity within 24 hours after signing. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity. If you do not inform us within 24 hours after signing, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. In addition, due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may be out of stock at any time. If the shortage of goods is caused by insufficient stock, we will refund to you, or send it together with the next order, but we will not send it separately. Damage: If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm, and check if there are fewer items. If you need to bear the responsibility afterwards.

Product Quality: There is a certain percentage of defective products in street market supplies, with an overall defect rate of about 4%. This rate falls within the scope of exemption. If the defect rate exceeds this range, we can handle exchanges or refunds. Please ensure that you return at least 2 kilograms or a total amount of 100 yuan. Send it by regular mail or standard logistics, and do not accept courier services with payment on delivery. Include a return list in the return package.
More than 40% of the product images in our store are self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual appearance of the products. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Additionally, factors such as market changes may lead to adjustments to the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. by the factory. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy!!

III. About Returns and Exchanges

Exchange and Return: Please contact us within seven days for normal exchange and return, and ensure that the returned goods do not affect secondary sales. If the returned goods affect secondary sales, we will refuse to sign and take photos, and return the goods to the sender. The shipping cost within 7 days is self-funded and not discounted. For goods over 7 days, a consultation is needed. If we agree to exchange or return, we will return the goods at a 70% discount. Please be aware.
Other: We do not produce fine works, crafts, art pieces, or electrical appliances. We produce ordinary small commodities. Perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please turn gracefully and walk around elegantly.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
