1. After the goods arrive at the receiving location, whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, it is necessary to open the box for inspection. Please ensure that you inspect the goods in person and confirm the accuracy. After confirming there are no errors, sign for the receipt. After the customer signs, it is assumed that there are no objections to the quantity and category of the products shipped. Therefore, after signing, we will not accept complaints about missing goods. If there are any products damaged due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim. If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear any responsibility.
2. For long-term wholesale customers and distribution clients, we implement a long-term retention system. For clients with small orders, we implement the relevant regulations (return and exchange within 7 days for non-man-made quality issues, warranty within 30 days, functional products within 180 days, and no warranty for protection products). When customers find quality issues with the products and need to return them, please return them to our company by ordinary express, and the customer will pay the freight. If the customer returns directly without communicating with the customer service, we will not accept the return; we do not accept items with a collect on delivery (COD).
3. If the buyer is not satisfied or finds the product difficult to sell or has made an error in purchase, and there is no actual quality problem with the product, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
4. The warranty product must be returned within the warranty period, and the product's appearance is complete for warranty. Products that are repaired, modified, or used in an unauthorized manner, or stored in an abnormal way, are not covered by the warranty.
