3. Our store ships when the wholesale order reaches 300 yuan. We support mixed batch orders, but if the order is less than 300 yuan, we reserve the right not to ship. For orders of a full box or more, we recommend using dedicated logistics services. Our logistics in Yiwu can directly deliver to most cities at or above the municipal level. However, for county-level cities, there may be a need for a transfer. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call to notify you to pick up the goods. It's best for wholesale customers to contact the logistics company that is relatively close to them and then provide us with the logistics phone number and address in Yiwu. We will help you deliver the goods to the logistics point for free. After placing an order for products, please contact the customer service to modify the shipping fee to 0.
4. Regarding the damage during transportation, we have professional packing and freight personnel who will take great care in packaging for you. However, with the current rough handling in logistics and courier services, even if the packaging is excellent, there may still be some damage. Damage within 2% is considered normal. Please bear the risk yourself. If there is a large amount of damage, please consult with us to jointly request the logistics or courier company for compensation.
