PVC glue is suitable for PVC pipe with diameter less than 300mm or PVC plate with medium area.

It is used in the fields of drinking water, water treatment equipment, industrial pipe, field, irrigation and ventilation system in civil and industrial PVC pipe system. 

1. Cut the pipe in a vertical plane and chamfered 10 to 15 degrees, remove marginal debris, clean and wipe dry the surface to be glued.

2. Test the tightness of the joint between the pipe and the fitting. Under normal conditions, the pipe should be inserted into the fitting from 1/3 to 2/3 smoothly for tightness.

Apply a thick and even layer of glue to the end of the pipe as deep as the socket of the fitting, and a medium layer of glue to the fitting. Avoid leaving too much glue in the fitting and forming a pool. Apply a second layer of glue to the pipe so that the gap in the joint is completely filled.

4. When applying the glue to the single nozzle, avoid applying the glue beyond the depth of the socket or letting the glue flow into the socket.

When the glue is still wet, glue it immediately. If it is not wet enough, reapply the glue before gluing. When gluing, push the tube to the bottom of the fitting with force, and rotate the tube 1/8 to 1/4 turn as far as possible.

Tubes under 2 inches (50 mm) should wait 5 minutes above 60°F(16°C) before moving. Tubes that have been glued should wait at least 60 minutes before they can be pressurized to 160 LBS/sq. (11.2 kg/sq.
