Iii. Instructions:
1) Turn the knob on the oil cylinder as required to adjust the oil cylinder resistance to the appropriate gear;
2) Sit firmly as shown in the figure below, adjust the size of the waist fixation belt and fasten it tightly. Fasten the wheelchair to the fixed seat, press the back to the back of the wheelchair, and sit facing forward;
3) Hand to the inside of the handle, arms extended forward and close, back straight against the back of the back;
4) Extend arms out slowly, pause to both sides, then slowly close together;
5) Repeat the exercise as described above.
