【Payment Settlement】For customized products, we will prepare a contract according to the customer’s requirements. After signing the contract, the customer shall pay a 40% deposit, and the remaining 60% payment will be made after completion, after which we will arrange shipment.
【Supply Cycle】Please inquire about product inventory and logistics before ordering. If available in stock, delivery will occur within 3 working days; if not, the production cycle depends on the quantity and capacity of the product. For custom orders, the production period is 15–30 days (after signing the contract, 40% of the payment will be received to count as the start date of production; delivery will occur on the same day or the next day after the remaining payment is settled). Shipping time varies depending on the distance between locations and shipping conditions. Most customers are hotels, resulting in high volumes, and some items require customization. To avoid delays caused by shipping companies, customers located farther away or with urgent needs should place orders in advance.
【Package Acceptance】Please inspect the goods in person before signing for them. If any issues with quantity or quality are found, ask the courier to provide evidence and take photos. Contact our customer service immediately. Only after confirming the facts can we proceed with restocking or replacement.
【Return/Exchange】If there are quality issues with the goods, you may exchange for items of equivalent value or request a refund, provided the goods are unused and all attachments are intact. The return must be applied for within 24 hours of receipt and sent back within 24 hours of application.
