For products with quality issues, the buyer needs to cooperate to send back 10 pieces together for exchange or refund, and the return postage will be borne by our company. The postage of the buyer should be paid first, and the postage will be compensated together after receiving the goods. We refuse to receive couriers with payment on delivery. For quality issues with less than 10 pieces, it can be exchanged, but the buyer needs to bear the round-trip freight costs themselves. 2】 About logistics and shipping time
We usually send parcels using Express ways like STO Express or ZTO Express. If you need other express ways, please make a note in your message! Here, it's convenient to find almost all the express ways you want to send. For orders placed before 16:00, if the stock is sufficient, we will ship the order on the same day. If there's a shortage, we will notify the buyer immediately or delay the shipping by 1-3 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.

4】 About sample processing
1. The client provides samples or product requirements, and our company will provide samples within 7 working days. After the client confirms the samples and signs the contract, our company will proceed with mass production.
2, the product delivery period is completed within 20 days for 10,000 pieces, and our company completes the delivery within 25 days for 20,000 to 30,000 pieces. Other quantities are subject to mutual consultation on the delivery period.
3, Custom LOGO for existing products (logo can be customized on the dial, strap, and clasp), minimum order quantity for a single color and style is 200 pieces. The delivery period is 10 days.
